By accessing or using PatchVow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
PatchVow provides cloud-based patch management and security compliance software. The service includes vulnerability scanning, automated patch deployment, compliance reporting, and related features as described on our website.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use PatchVow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to distribute malware, conduct unauthorized scanning, or violate any applicable laws.
PatchVow commits to 99.9% uptime for Pro and Enterprise plans. Downtime credits are available as described in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.
PatchVow's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data will be permanently deleted.
