Please read these terms carefully before using PatchVow services.
By accessing or using PatchVow services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using PatchVow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
PatchVow provides automated patch management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance reporting services ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to use PatchVow to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with other users' access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.
PatchVow's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account owner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
PatchVow and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Services. You retain ownership of your data. You grant PatchVow a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.
You agree to indemnify PatchVow against claims arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of applicable laws. PatchVow will indemnify you against third-party IP infringement claims related to the Services.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Order Form, constitute the entire agreement between you and PatchVow. Any prior agreements or representations are superseded by these terms.
